Welcome to FitSister—
where health gets personal.
FitSister was born out of years of conversations between sisters—me (a nutrition coach and forever athlete) and Nat (a busy working mom)—as we tried to stay healthy through all the chaos: competing, kids, careers, aging, and everything in between.
We kept coming back to the same questions:
What does it really mean to feel healthy? Strong? Like yourself again? And why does so much of the wellness world make it harder, not easier?

Those conversations grew into FitSister: a podcast, a coaching platform, and a growing community for midlife women who are ready to do things differently.

Through real talk, expert guidance, and honest support, we help you cut through the noise and reconnect with what actually matters: feeling good in your body and your life—on your terms.

Coaching
I’m Sarah, the coach behind FitSister, and my approach has evolved from chasing external results to doing the deeper work—because lasting change starts from within.
This isn’t another plan to fix your body. It’s a new chapter—rooted in doing the deeper work, not chasing quick fixes.

Through sustainable movement, nourishing food, and a whole lot of mindset work, I help women in midlife build strength, clarity, and confidence—on their own terms, and feel at home in their bodies in a way they never have before.

But this isn’t about willpower
or weight loss.
It’s about reclaiming your strength.

Because when we stop trying to shrink ourselves and start building strength—physically, mentally, emotionally—we unlock something deeper.

In midlife, real health isn’t a meal plan or a step count.
It’s a mindset.
A daily practice.
A shift in how we treat ourselves when no one’s watching.

And that shift?
It changes everything.

If you're done chasing perfection and ready to feel powerful in your own skin, I’d love to work with you.

FitSister
Podcast
On The FitSister Podcast, I bring the coaching, my sister Nat brings the questions—and together we make sense of midlife health with humor, honesty, and heart.
We talk about everything from strength training and nutrition to identity shifts, aging, and the pressure to keep it all together.
