Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Sarah! I know lots of coaches get into this field because of their passion for counting macros, the science of shredding body fat, and creating the perfectly balanced plate. Of course it's important to understand nuances of calories, carbs, and cardio (and boy do I ever), but that's not why I became a coach.

What truly drives me is getting to the root of the behavior, mindset, and life experiences that have led you here - seeking guidance, ready for a change.  There is something holding you back from achieving your goals, but it goes way deeper than a meal plan.

As your coach, I will help you clarify and set goals that are in line with your lifestyle and core values. We will work together to develop, practice, and master habits that have the power to transform your health, your relationship with food, and your self-confidence.

You may be feeling frustrated and fed up, but you are capable of more than you realize. I'll be with you every step of the way through detailed progress check-ins, and support via text and email for as long as you need.

If you like the idea of changing more than just what's on your plate, I think we'd be a great fit. Let's figure out what health and wellness means to you and create a plan that gets you living your best life.

My Story

Family photo 2024.jpg

The first time I set foot in a weight room, I was only fourteen. I joined the school track team, and my dad thought I needed to put on some muscle. At a young age, I learned to associate exercise with strength and performance instead of weight loss and staying skinny. The reward for working out was faster times on the track, not fitting into my jeans.

Running and lifting continued through college, leading me to marathons, triathlons, and competing for Team USA at the Duathlon World Championships as a nationally ranked endurance athlete. During that time, I also became a certified CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance Coach. I continued to focus on fueling my body for strength and performance, and gained nutrition knowledge and habits that supported my goals.

Now in my forties and a mom of two boys, my lifestyle and training has drastically changed since my competition days. What hasn’t changed is my desire to be strong, enjoy life, to use nutrition to fuel my body, and to support women who want the same.

I became a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist and a Certified Nutrition Coach so I could gain a deeper understanding of my own body and help others design a healthy path forward through these transitional years.

Lives change, bodies change, but this doesn’t mean we should ever give up on being our healthiest selves. If you’re like me, you’ve had to learn that things look different as you get older, but you still want to prioritize health and strength -not just in pursuit of a better body, but in pursuit of a better being.
